SEECLAP GUIDE

Set up parental controls

Protect selected categories and adapt restrictions to family devices.

Enable protection

Open Settings → Parental controls within the relevant playlist and set a PIN. Protection is configured per playlist and is available without Premium. Keep the code somewhere safe and do not share it with people the restriction is intended for.

Lock categories

Use the lock icon in category settings for items you want to protect. Then check access on the child’s device. The eye icon hides a category from view; the lock protects access.

Choose an age limit and exempt devices

Age filtering relies on ratings available for identified content. Missing or incorrect metadata can limit filtering, so review sensitive categories. You can exempt a device, such as a parent’s phone, after PIN confirmation. These are not separate child profiles.

Forgotten PIN or too many attempts

If the app offers reset using the playlist password, follow that flow on your device. After too many attempts, wait for the displayed delay before retrying. For a playlist whose details you do not have, contact your provider or support. Never post a PIN or password publicly.

SeeClap is a player: it does not provide any channels or movies. You add your own playlist.
