The short answers

Samsung, LG: There is no Samsung (Tizen) or LG (webOS) app. Plug an Apple TV, a Google TV box or a Fire TV into the TV.
Mac: On an Apple silicon Mac (M1 and later), the iPad app installs and opens in a window. No version for Intel Macs.
Roku, Windows, browser: No app. SeeClap Server, however, installs on a Mac, Windows or Linux computer.
