We are delighted that you've chosen to adopt the SeeClap application (hereinafter "the App"), a creation by CodingByJerez (referred to hereinafter as "We" or "the Company"). By using the App, you implicitly agree to the terms and conditions set out below (the "Terms"). Please ensure you understand them fully before using.

1. Agreement on Terms

Your use of the App signifies your acceptance of the Terms contained herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the App.

2. Nature of the App

SeeClap is a utility application that allows you to analyze your playlists and view your content. CodingByJerez and its members do not provide any content for the application. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and read with SeeClap.

3. Using the App

a. Usage License

We grant you the right to use the App on your devices, always in compliance with the guidelines of the chosen download platform. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the App into other languages or make derivative versions.

b. Your Responsibility

The way you use the App is entirely up to you. The App merely presents metadata and does not assume responsibility for the content you access. Always ensure you abide by the laws in force.

c. Your Contribution

Any content you share via the App remains your intellectual property. However, by sharing, you grant us permission to use, distribute, and display it within the App.

d. Protecting Our Interests

In case of any legal issues arising from your use of the App or a breach of these Terms, you agree to defend us and cover any resulting damages.

4. Rights Related to the App

a. Our Rights

The App, and everything associated with it, belongs to us. Respect our rights and avoid any unauthorized use.

b. If You Have an Issue

If you believe your rights have been infringed upon through our App, please contact us promptly at contact@seeclap.com.

5. Warranties

The App is provided as-is. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee a flawless experience.

6. In Case of Issues

We are not responsible for any indirect or unforeseen problems you may encounter while using the App.

7. Third-party Content and Services

SeeClap uses various services like TMDb, VLCKit, OpenSubtitles.org, and other third-party content. These services may have their own terms and limitations. It's your responsibility to consult and accept the terms of use and privacy policies of the third-party services used by the App.

8. Purchases and Validations

a. Purchases

Transactions for SeeClap are processed by Apple. CodingByJerez does not directly handle payments or refunds. For any questions or concerns regarding transactions, please contact Apple support.

b. Purchase Validation

SeeClap verifies the receipts of your purchases via Apple's servers for validation. This ensures the security and authenticity of your in-app purchases.

9. Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

10. Termination and Updates

At some point, we may wish to update the App. The App is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the App to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the App. CodingByJerez does not promise that it will always update the App so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the App, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the App, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
